A short version of Alro’s cancellation and payment policy. We will confirm the project scope and final amount directly with you.
Appointments are held with an authorized card, but Alro does not retain financial information. Payment is due at the measurement or installation appointment by check or cash. Clients who need invoicing are welcome to ask about that option before work begins.
- Cancel 48 hours or more in advance with no cancellation charge.
- Cancel within 48 hours and a $75 service fee applies.
- Invoiced projects include a 10% service charge on the measurement or installation total.
