Super fast and efficient installation, their team of three installed 13 cellular window shades and my patio door vertical blinds in under an hour. They were polite and friendly the whole time and were cleaning up after themselves as they installed everything. They made sure to test all the shades and blinds to make sure they worked.

They did a wonderful job problem solving when several of our shades we ordered did not fit correctly. Also offered a great solution to the cords on our Roman Shades. Cleaned up beautifully when done. Outstanding! These guys made our dreams come true. We had the most beautiful custom designer curtains torn down during a home renovation. It was a mess; hundreds of tiny parts torn from the track, thousands of dollars down the drain. We came across Alro. Two of the NICEST men showed up, booties in hand, and ready to work. They spent the next several hours HAND picking each piece, clipping, screwing and sliding it back together. They even gave me advice for steam cleaning. They were professional, patient, and total pros. Five stars all the way!

In 2018 ACWD went out to bit to replace window shades that were over 30 years old. Alro Custom Drapery Installation, Inc. was the low bidder. Having never work with Alro before and with a job that is so visible, working around nearly 75 different windows and work stations, I was a little nervous. Alro team put my concerns to rest shortly after arriving. They were very flexible to not disturb the occupants and left a clean site once they finished. Alfred and his team’s performance was professional, timely and courteous.
